I don't get stressed easily, but I stressed out for days after they announced the Ticketmaster sale because I was afraid that they would sell out instantly. I was at work when they went on sale and I remember a customer wouldn't leave me alone until just before tickets went on sale. I asked my coworker to watch the register for me and ran back to the break room.
My grandfather was born and raised in Hawaii, but hadn't been home in about 25 years. We convinced him to join us and he acted as our chauffeur and tour guide! Haha
Once we landed in Honolulu, we picked up our rental car, visited one of his cousin's, then checked in at the hotel. We dropped off our luggage and headed straight for Ala Moana where the limited time only Arashi store was set up in the Japanese area, Shirokiya! It had been open for 14 days, but there was still a line stretching out and around the mall!
They had the concert goods on display as well as areas where you could listen to CD's and TV's playing their concert DVD's. Arashi's music was playing on the speakers throughout Shirokiya. There were lots of Arashi decorations around the rest of the mall as well. It was beautiful. :'D
I'll be uploading more photos to my Facebook, Xhirachu Xhu!
Uwoahhh that so cool~!! Did you buy any merchandise?
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me, Broski? I bought ALL the merchandise! Ok. Not really. But I bought a lot. I'll post pictures on Facebook and write about it on here eventually... I also want to write about the things we did besides the concert.
